The free experience
Free includes 30 likes per day, 1 Super Like per day, 1 undo per day, profile and gym selection, basic filters, mutual matches and unlimited conversations with those matches. Super Likes also consume a daily like. Daily quotas are shared across Dating and Training and reset at 00:00 UTC. Blocking, reporting, privacy controls, data export and account deletion are free.
Proposed launch offers
Plus: €9.99 per month or €69.99 per year, up to 1,000 likes and undos daily, incoming likes, 3 Super Likes daily and 1 Boost per calendar month. Pro: €19.99 per month or €129.99 per year, Plus features, gym and training-level filters, 5 Super Likes daily and 3 Boosts per calendar month. These are proposed EUR consumer prices including tax for the initial Spain launch; the reviewed checkout must show the actual final amount. Annual subscriptions charge the full annual total, not the displayed monthly equivalent.
Renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew for the selected period until cancelled. The checkout must identify the seller, total amount, renewal frequency and accepted terms before purchase. Manage subscription in Settings opens the Stripe customer portal when configured. Configure cancellation at the end of the paid period so access remains until then. Deleting an account attempts immediate subscription cancellation before erasing app data. Merely hiding a profile or closing the browser does not cancel billing.
Refunds and statutory rights
Contact the operator for incorrect charges, non-performance, withdrawal or refund requests. Mandatory consumer withdrawal and remedy rights remain unaffected. The operator must confirm the rules applicable to the country and service commencement before launch, including any express request to start performance. This draft does not impose a blanket no-refunds condition or waive rights by default.
Promotions and limits
No launch promotion is active in this beta. Any future code must state eligible users, discount, duration, renewal price and expiry before redemption. There are no fabricated deadlines, hidden recurring trials or guaranteed matches. Demo actions never create paid entitlements. Actual access is granted only from verified payment-provider subscription state, not a success-page visit.
Privacy and unused benefits
Paying never reveals hidden gyms, overrides a block, reveals exact location or verifies identity. Unused daily likes and monthly Boosts do not roll over. The provider may retain invoices and legally required financial records after app-account deletion. Subscription status and billing support details must remain understandable and accessible to customers.
