Eligibility and purpose
You must be at least 18, use your own account and provide accurate information. Pairlift supports fitness-oriented dating and finding training partners. Fitness ability, body shape or gym membership is not a condition of participation. Training mode is for training connections; a match in that mode is not consent to romantic or sexual contact.
Profiles and content
Only upload photos and content you have the right to share. By uploading you authorise the service to store and display that content according to your settings for operating Pairlift. This does not transfer ownership. No nudity, sexual acts, non-consensual imagery, content involving minors, harassment, fraud, impersonation or illegal material. Fitness and swimwear photos are optional. We do not promise identity verification or certify a person’s health or gym attendance.
Connections and safety
A conversation requires a mutual like in the same connection mode. You can unmatch, block or report. Respect refusals and boundaries on and off the app. Do not use gym information to follow, confront or monitor anyone. Meet in an appropriate public place and agree separately on any training activity. The app does not provide medical advice, coaching credentials, insurance or a guarantee of compatibility.
Service and paid features
Basic matching and messaging are free within the published discovery allowances. Paid features, prices, billing periods and any promotion conditions must be disclosed before payment. Daily allowances reset at 00:00 UTC; monthly Boost allowances use calendar months in UTC and do not roll over. Anti-abuse limits apply, including a maximum of 1,000 likes or undos per day on paid plans. A Boost prioritises eligible discovery but guarantees no result. The subscription policy applies when billing is enabled.
Account restrictions and reports
The operator may restrict accounts or content for a documented breach, illegality or security concern, subject to applicable notice, explanation and appeal obligations. This private beta stores reports and applies blocks, but no operational moderation team or appeal service has been connected. A staffed reporting, investigation and appeal process is required before opening to the public.
Availability and consumer rights
The beta may have interruptions and is not an emergency service. No guarantee is made that a particular member, gym, relationship or financial outcome will be available. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable consumer protections depend on residence and purchase circumstances. The operator’s identity, support address and final legal review must be completed before public contracting.
Leaving and contacting us
You may hide or delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account also attempts to cancel any active Stripe subscription before removing app data. If cancellation fails, deletion is stopped so you are not left paying for an inaccessible account. Contact the operator shown below for account or billing disputes.
